Please note:
How to connect Stripe (web/desktop).
Go to Payments > Stripe.
Click Connect.
Log into your Stripe account. If you don’t have one, create one and ensure it’s verified.
To disconnect Stripe, return to Payments > Stripe and click Disconnect.
How to connect Stripe (mobile).
Go to Settings > Payments
Select Stripe
Click Connect Stripe

Accept Tap to Pay on your mobile.

Note: Your customers must have Apple Pay or Google Pay set up to use this feature. Wallet availability may vary depending on the browser they use.

Click ‘Payment’ from the top menu.
Choose ‘Take payment’.
Confirm the amount and click ‘Continue’.
Select ‘Card’.
Enter your customer’s card details and click ‘Pay’.

Tap ‘Payment’ from the top menu.

Does Setmore store my customers’ card details?
Does Setmore store my customers’ card details?
No. Setmore doesn’t store credit or debit card information. All card details are securely processed and stored by Stripe.
If you enable saved cards, Stripe keeps the card on file using secure tokenization, so you can charge customers for future bookings without handling sensitive data yourself.

Yes, if you’re based in the EU, SCA will affect Stripe payments. When a customer pays online using your Booking Page, they may be asked for additional verification. This could involve answering a test question or confirming a unique password.
