Saved card

Offer your customers faster checkout via Stripe.

Updated this week

Your customers can now save their card details for quicker transactions. All they need to do is make an initial payment, and they can store their credit or debit card for future purchases.

Their card is stored via Stripe, ensuring faster payments without the need to re-enter details.

How to enable saved payment method

  1. Go to Payments > Stripe.

  2. SS1.2.png

  3. Go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking preferences > Booking flow.

  4. Tick the box beside ‘Customer login’.

Note: Your customers can save their card details only if they log in with Google or Facebook. This feature is not currently available if they log in with their email or as guests.

How it works

  1. Your customer enters their card details as usual.

  2. They will click ‘Save payment details for future purchases’.

  3. On return (using the same login), they’ll see an option to select a saved card.

  4. They can also enter new card details and click ‘Save payment details for future purchases’ to store the card.

If they want to edit or delete a card, click the three dots beside that card. Use the pencil icon to edit or the trash icon to delete. They can also save as many cards as they like.
