To accept payments for classes using your Setmore calendar, you’ll need to enable the Square, Stripe & PayPal integration. The Square integration is free for everyone, whereas the Stripe and PayPal integrations are exclusive to Pro and Team.
Take class payments using the web app💻
Open your calendar and select a class session on your calendar.
2. In the pop-up, click Take Payment.
3. Search for the class attendee who is looking to pay for the session.
4. Once you have selected the class attendee, you can now proceed to pay.
5. Setmore will open a pop-up for the payment integration you have chosen (Square, Stripe or PayPal). Enter the customer's card details to complete the transaction.
Take class payments using your Booking Page 💵
To accept prepayments from customers online, you’ll need to enable the Square, Stripe or PayPal integration and then Booking Page payments.
Take class payments using the mobile app📱
Open your calendar and select a class session to view its details.
Tap ‘Collect payments’ and then ‘Add Payment’.
Select the guest you’d like to charge. You can also specify a discount or additional fees.
If this customer has made a previous payment, you'll see it in the payment history. Otherwise, tap ‘+ Payment’ to start a new payment.
Setmore will open a pop-up for the payment integration you have chosen (Square, Stripe or PayPal). Enter the customer's card details to complete the transaction.
