The Pro plan is best suited for teams with two or more users. The plan is priced at $12 per user (monthly billing) or $5 per user (annual billing).

Monthly vs Annual Billing?
You can choose your billing preference when you upgrade. If you select Setmore Pro with monthly billing, your card will be charged automatically at the time of upgrade and then every 30 days.
If you choose the annual billing, your card will be charged at the time of upgrade and then once every year, until you downgrade or change your plan.
Upgrading to Setmore Pro
In your Setmore app, select Get Pro, or go to Settings > Billing.
Click Upgrade.
In the pop-up window, choose your billing cycle — annual or monthly — using the option at the top right.
Select your preferred payment method: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay*.
Click Pay now to confirm your upgrade.

Downgrading or cancelling your Pro plan
Monthly plans:
Customers on a monthly plan can downgrade at any time. Once a downgrade is processed, no further payments will be charged. Access to Pro features will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual plans:
Customers on an annual subscription may downgrade or cancel their plan at any time. However, refunds are only available if the request is made within the same month of either upgrading to the annual plan or the most recent renewal date. Outside of this window, downgrades will take effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
Mobile app subscriptions: (Apple App Store & Google Play)
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, downgrades and cancellations must be managed directly through the respective store. Setmore cannot process refunds or changes for mobile subscriptions made via these platforms.
