The Setmore API allows you to integrate Setmore’s scheduling engine with your own applications and workflows. With API access, developers can create custom tools, automate tasks, and extend Setmore functionality to fit specific use cases.

How to Request Access

To get started, you’ll need a Setmore Pro account. Once your account is active, email api@setmore.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address registered with your Setmore account

  • Planned use case for the API (e.g., custom booking flows, integrations, data sync, etc.)

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Do I need a paid Setmore account to use the API?

Yes you need a Setmore Pro account to access our API.

Is there a limit on API requests?

Yes, rate limits apply. You can find details in the API documentation.

What authentication does the API use?

The Setmore API requires OAuth 2.0 authentication. Full instructions are available in Apiary.

Can I use the API to create bookings?

Yes, the API supports creating, updating, and canceling appointments, as well as retrieving customer and staff data.

Is there a sandbox or test environment?

Currently, all requests are made against live accounts. We recommend using a test Setmore account if you want to experiment.
