Build up stellar reviews on your Google Business Profile, highlight them on your Booking Page, and show every visitor what sets your brand apart. Sync them with Setmore in real-time and foster trust with your customers from the very first booking.
Note: You can enable both Setmore and Google Reviews. To learn how to manage Setmore Reviews, please read our support article.
Enable Google reviews on your Booking Page
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Click the Google reviews tile.
Click the ‘Connect’ button.
Sign in with your Google account linked to your Google Business Profile.
Click ‘Continue’ to grant Setmore access.
If you have multiple businesses linked to your Google account, select one and click ‘Connect’.
Note: Existing Google reviews sync with your Booking Page instantly, and new ones appear as they’re posted.
While you can manage Setmore reviews in your desktop app, Google reviews cannot be moderated through Setmore.
Automate review requests
Upgrade to Pro or Team and send out automated Google review requests after every appointment.
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Ensure ‘Send review request emails’ is toggled on.
Select Google reviews to direct customers to leave reviews.
Customers will be routed to your Google Business Profile to leave reviews, which will automatically appear on your Booking Page.
Note: To deactivate review requests turn off the 'Send review request emails' toggle.
Disconnect Google reviews
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Click the Google reviews tile.
Click ‘Disconnect’.
Click ‘Yes, disconnect’ from the pop-up.
