Thinking about upgrading to Setmore Pro but you'd like a chance to play around with the features first? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro members. Simply upgrade your account to the Pro plan, and submit payment at the time of upgrade. If you're not happy in the first 30 days and want to downgrade back to the free, basic version of Setmore, you may do so and claim a full refund.
**Note: You may only request a refund if you upgraded to Setmore Pro from the Setmore web app. At this time we cannot process refunds through upgrades made via Google Play on an Android device, or the App Store on an iOS device.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "trial period refund" and provide the email address or business name associated with the account.
Send your request within 30 days after first signing up for Setmore.
How the grace period works
In order to be eligible for the refund, you must downgrade and send in your request for a refund within the first 30 days after signing up for Pro. Requests sent after 30 days may not be refunded.
In general, a refund will be processed in 3-5 business days once the request is received.
We want you to find the right solution
We get it, sometimes it just doesn't work out, but we still want you to get the right solution to meet your unique challenges and sometimes that means looking beyond Setmore.
Generally we'll consider any request for a refund, regardless of when it's asked for. If you put in the time and effort to make Setmore work for you and it doesn't, then you absolutely deserve some credit and a little something back, and we'll try to make that happen. Ultimately, it's up to the discretion of the person receiving the request, and the context in which the request is made. But just know that there's some flexibility and wiggle room.
FAQ: Why was my refund amount different from the subscription amount?
Setmore doesn't add on any extra fees for processing a refund. However, for some international users, your bank may charge you a small foreign transaction fee when processing the refund. This only happens in rare cases, and is dependent on your bank's transaction policies.
