Set up appointment-booking on Freshdesk
Step 1: Login to your Setmore account and navigate to Apps & Integrations > Freshdesk
Step 2: Once you’re on the Freshdesk integration page, copy the API key.
Step 3: Open your Freshdesk Apps Marketplace and use the search bar to find ‘Setmore Appointments’. Click to install.
Step 4: Once the installation starts, you’ll see a prompt to enter the Setmore API key you copied earlier. Paste in the key and complete set-up to book appointments instantly. It’s as easy as that!
How to book appointments inside Freshdesk
Your helpdesk agents will spot the Setmore plugin on the right side of their Freshdesk dashboard. When clicked, the Booking Page will appear in frame. Your helpdesk team members can then select a service, the service provider and an appointment time on behalf of your customer. These appointments will appear in real-time on the service provider’s Setmore calendar.
