When scheduling an appointment using your Booking Page, your customers don’t need to select a specific provider. The ‘Any team member’ option appears above the list of providers, for customers who have no preference. Checking this option enables them to see all available time slots for their chosen service.
‘Any provider’ is ideal for customers who want to book the earliest appointment time. Also, if a large number of providers is listed on your Booking Page, this option cuts down the decision-making process.
Add the ‘Any provider’ option to your Booking Page
In your Setmore web account, go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking policies.
Scroll to the ‘Booking flow’ section.
Next to ‘Any Team Member’’, flip the switch on.
4. Open your Booking Page to confirm the ‘Any Team Member’ option is visible at staff selection.
How your customer selects ‘Any team member’
Your customer opens your Booking Page and selects a service.
They see all of the team members allocated to that service.
Rather than selecting a particular team member, they click ‘Any Team Member’
Your customer sees all available time slots for that service and selects an appointment date and time.
Your customer is required to enter their contact details (and pay if Booking Page payments are enabled).
Note: At this stage, the provider assigned to the appointment is displayed.
Next, they see the booking confirmation screen.
The provider assigned to your customer’s appointment will also display in their email confirmation and email reminder.
