Streamline your Booking Page experience for customers by skipping staff selection

The Skip Staff feature will automatically choose a staff member for any given service when customers schedule an appointment from your Booking Page. Customers will still be able to choose their timeslot, but they won't be given an option to specify a staff member.

Note: Activating both Skip the Staff and First Available Appointment may cause severe latency (long loading times) on your Booking Page.

If you turn these features on and your Booking Page slows down noticeably, we recommend that you deactivate one or the other feature.


Activating the "Skip Team Members" feature [Web/Desktop]

  1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page

  2. Click Booking Preferences and scroll down to Booking Flow. Select the On/Off switch to the "On" position

  3. Now when customers book an appointment through your Booking Page, they won't be prompted to choose a provider. Instead, they'll just pick a date and continue with the scheduling process.

  4. Providers are assigned based on who is first available for the chosen timeslot, according to the order that staff is ranked in your Setmore account.

  5. Make sure to click 'Save' at the bottom right of the Settings.


Activating the "Skip Team Members" feature [Mobile]

  1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page

  2. Scroll down to Booking Flow.

  3. Next to Skip Team Members, select the On/Off switch to the "On" position

  4. Make sure to click 'Save' at the bottom right of the Settings.
