Understanding notifications in Connect

Choose between all messages, focused updates, or none—and stay in control

Stay on top of your team communication with Connect notifications! You can customize which alerts you receive—whether it’s every chat, mention, or booking update, or only the most important messages.

Please note: Connect is currently available on web and desktop for accounts with two or more team members.

Customizing your notifications

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications

  2. You have the option to change what notifications you receive with chats under Your Notifications, you can choose the following:

    1. All: All chats, mentions and booking updates

    2. Focus Mode: Only your chats, mentions and booking updates

    3. None: Switch off notifications.

To stay updated on the go, make sure push notifications are enabled for the Setmore app in your mobile settings.
