Set a reminder of message in Connect

Set reminders on messages in Connect so important follow-ups don’t get missed. Pick a time, and it’s added to your calendar automatically.

If you need to follow up on a conversation later, you can set a reminder for any message right inside Connect. This helps you stay organized and ensures important chats don’t slip through the cracks.

  1. Go to Connect and open the chat containing the message you want to set a reminder for.

  2. Hover over the message, and message options will appear on the right. Click the hand icon (far-left) to set a reminder.

  3. Choose the date and time you’d like to be reminded.

  4. A reminder will automatically be added to your calendar.
