Connect is an internal messaging feature that helps your team collaborate directly within the app. Send messages, share updates, and coordinate tasks — all without leaving Setmore.
Connect allows you to:
Chat with individual team members or groups.
Share updates about bookings, schedule changes, or customer notes.
Collaborate in real time to keep your team informed and aligned.
Please note: Connect is currently available on web and desktop for accounts with two or more team members.
How to send a chat in Connect
Log into your account on desktop/web.
Click the Connect icon in the left sidebar.
Select + button to start a conversation.
Choose one or more teammates to message. If you select more than on team member, a collab (group chat) will be created.
Type your message and press Enter to send.
How to edit a message you’ve sent
Go to Connect and open the chat containing the message you want to edit.
Hover over the message to reveal options on the right. Select the pencil icon to edit
Edit the message as required and press ‘enter’
How to delete a message you’ve sent
Go to Connect and open the chat containing the message you want to edit.
Hover over the message to reveal options on the right. Select the three-dots and click Delete.
Reply to a message
Go to Connect and open the chat containing the message you want to reply to.
Hover over the message to reveal options on the right. Click the arrow pointing right icon to reply.
Type your response and press Enter to send.
Just a heads-up: You can only delete messages for a limited time. If it’s been a while since the message was sent, the delete option may not appear.
