Pinning lets you save key messages in a chat so you can quickly refer back to them without scrolling through the conversation. This is perfect for reminders, important updates, or any details you want to keep handy.
Please note: Connect is currently available on web and desktop for accounts with two or more team members.
How to pin a message
Go to Connect and open the chat containing the message you want to pin.
Hover over the message, and message options will appear on the right. Click the pin icon to pin the message
Your pinned message will now appeared highlighted and 'pinned' for you to reference.
The pinned message will only show as ‘pinned’ for you. You can access your pinned posts by clicking the the three-dots at the top right of the chat.
