Select which elements appear on the final confirmation window

When customers finish booking an appointment through your Booking Page, they'll be presented with a confirmation screen that summarizes the details of the appointment. Setmore gives you, as the Booking Page manager, the option to add some extra features to improve and enhance the confirmation page experience for your customers.

These features include a Booking ID, which is a randomly generated string of characters that's unique to every appointment; the "Book Another Appointment" button, which redirects the customer back to the start of the Booking Page experience; and the Call Back URL, which redirects the customer back to your website (or any custom URL of your choosing). We'll go through each feature below.

Adding a Call Back URL

1. Navigate to Apps & Integrations. Under where it says Your Booking Page, click the "Configure" button.

2. Click on the Booking Policies tab and scroll down to the feature titled "Call Back URL." Now enter the text that will appear for the hyperlink, and the web address, in the form fields provided. Click anywhere outside the form fields to save your changes. The link will now appear on your Booking Page's confirmation page.

Adding the "Book Another Appointment" button

1. Navigate to Apps & Integrations. Under where it says Your Booking Page, click the "Configure" button.

2. Click on the Booking Policies tab and scroll down to the feature titled "Show Book Another Appointment Button." Click the On/Off switch to the "On" position. The button will now appear on your Booking Page's confirmation page.

Referencing the Booking ID

The Booking ID is a permanent fixture on your Booking Page and can't be toggled on or off. If you need to reference a Booking ID to find a specific appointment, you can do so using the Basic Reporting tool that's built into Setmore. 

1. Navigate to Settings > Account > Basic Reporting.

2. Use the menu options to select a date range and click "Generate Report" to generate a list of past appointments.

3. Use the built-in search field to search for a specific appointment by its Booking ID.
