At the final stage of scheduling an appointment using your Booking Page, your customers will see the confirmation screen. This summarizes the details of their appointment.
Account admins can add more features to the confirmation screen to further enhance customer experience.
These features include a ‘Book another appointment’ button (which redirects the customer to the start of the booking process) and callback URL (which routes the customer to your website or another custom URL).
Mobile App📱
Add a confirmation redirect & URL (mobile app)
1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Customization.
2. Scroll to confirmation redirect label and URL. Enter the text that will appear for the hyperlink (e.g. ‘Visit our website’) and the web address. Make sure to click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
Add a ‘Book another appointment’ button (mobile app)
1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Customization.
2. Scroll to the Services and classes, next to ‘Book another appointment’ option and flip the switch on.
Web App 💻

Reference a booking ID (web app)
A booking ID is created for every appointment and this feature cannot be switched off. If you need to find details for a specific appointment, you can reference its booking ID in Reports.
1. Navigate to Settings > Reports.
2. Select a date range and click ‘Generate’ to view appointment data.
3. Use the search field to look up a specific appointment by its booking ID.
