Your team availability

Adjust your team member's availability by setting their working hours, time off and breaks

Set your team’s calendar availability by adjusting their working hours. A team member’s available time slots are based on their working hours, not your overall business hours.

  • Working hours: Define when a team member is available for bookings.

  • Breaks: Block out daily events like lunch or short breaks.

  • Time off: Schedule longer absences, such as vacations or extended leave.

Note: Business hours and working hours are different. Business hours show when your business is open, while working hours reflect when individual team members are available for bookings. Learn more about business hours

Set working hours (web app)

  1. Go to Settings > Your team and choose your team profile.

  2. Click Working hours.

  3. Specify the days and hours your team member is available to work. Click 'Save'.


Set breaks (web app)

  1. Go to Settings > Your team and choose your team profile.

  2. Go to 'Breaks'.

  3. Click ‘Add a break,’ enable the toggle for the day you want, then enter the break’s start and end time. Click ‘Save’ to confirm.


Set time off (web app)

  1. Go to Settings > Your team and choose your team profile.

  2. Click ‘Time Off’ in the top menu, then select ‘Add time off.’

  3. In the pop-up, enter a name for your time off (e.g. vacation or appointment), select the start and end dates, and choose whether it’s an all-day event or set specific start and end times.

  4. Click ‘Add’ to save.


Set working hours (mobile app)

  1. Go to your mobile app, click Settings.

  2. Select Team.

  3. Select the team profile.

  4. Click the pencil icon.

  5. You will see 'Working hours' at the bottom of your team profile, click to edit.

  6. In this section, you can update the following:

    1. Working days: You can select whether you'd like it to be week-days or custom days by selecting the toggle above the day.

    2. Working hours: To change team's working hours, click on the text field below the day and choose a start and end time. If your team member works the same hours per week, you can click 'Apply to all'.

  7. Click 'Save'.


Set breaks (mobile app)

  1. Go to Settings > Your Team and choose your team profile.

  2. Click the pencil icon on your team profile.

  3. Select 'Breaks' to specify their hours of work.

  4. Select the days you want to add a break, then set the start and end times. To apply the same break time to every day, click ‘Apply to all’.

  5. Click Save.


  6. Choose the days for your break, then set the start and end times.

    1. To apply the same break time to every working day, click ‘Apply to all’.

  7. Click Save


Set time off (mobile app)

  1. Go to your mobile app, click Settings.

  2. Select Team.

  3. Select the team profile.

  4. Click 'Time off' under the team members' information.


  5. Select 'Add new' at the top right of the screen.

  6. Add a title, select your start and end time and date. Click 'Save'.

  • Consider using an Event if you need to block time on a one-off basis.

  • Activate off-hours booking and enable team members to schedule appointments outside of their working hours. Customers must still adhere to team working hours when using your Booking Page.
