Turn on customer logins (mobile app)
Go to Settings > Booking Page
Select Booking Page
Go to Booking Flow, next to Customer login, turn the switch on.
We recommend making this field required so all your customers have the ability to view their appointments and book easily in future. Click Save.

What your customers see
When ‘Customer login’ is enabled:
Before booking: they’ll be prompted to enter their email address or sign-in with Google or Facebook. They’ll receive a one-time login code to access their account (no password required)
After login: They can see past and upcoming appointments, and edit their contact information.
It adds a layer of personalization and saves them time when rebooking, especially for your repeat clients.
Your customers' profiles
Your customers can access their profiles at any time.
If they are on their laptop or computer, they simply go to your Booking Page and click the icon at the top right. In their profile, they’ll be able to view their past and upcoming appointments and access or edit their contact information.
If they are on a mobile device, they can view their appointments by tapping the hamburger menu at the top left of your Booking Page.
Customer login FAQs
What should I do if a customer forgets their password?
First, check how the customer created their account.
If they used Facebook or Google: They'll need to log in through the same provider directly.
If they signed up with an email address:
Ask them to go to your Booking Page and click ‘Login’ in the top-right corner.
Next, select ‘Setmore login’ and click ‘Forgot password?’
They’ll receive a password reset link at the email address they used to sign up.
Once they follow the link, they can create a new password.
How can customers reschedule, cancel, or update their contact details?
Customers can manage their bookings and profile info by clicking ‘Login’ on your Booking Page.
Once logged in:
Click the avatar in the top-right corner to access their profile.
Go to ‘My profile’ to view upcoming and past appointments, or update contact details.
To reschedule or cancel a booking, head to the ‘Appointments’ section and click the specific appointment.
