Positive reviews are key to showcasing your brand and encouraging bookings. They offer valuable insights for both you and your customers.
Setmore reviews are automatically connected at sign-up. Discover how to manage them, automate email requests, and share customer feedback on your Booking Page.
Note: For customers who signed up before April 2025, ‘Auto-publish reviews’ will be off by default. You can turn it on anytime. New customers have it on when they sign up.

Auto-publish reviews
When ‘Auto-publish reviews’ is on, new reviews appear on your Booking Page instantly.
How to publish reviews
If ‘Auto-publish reviews’ is off, reviews must be published manually.
Go to Settings > Reviews.
Select 'Unpublished reviews' from the dropdown.
Click the three dots next to the review you want to publish.
Hit 'Publish'.
How to Unpublish reviews.
Unpublish any Setmore reviews that contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate language, or that go against your policy.
Go to Settings > Reviews.
Select 'All reviews' from the dropdown.
Click the three dots next to the review you want to unpublish.
Hit 'Unpublish'.
You can republish reviews by repeating the steps in the 'Showcase reviews on your Booking Page' section.
How to disconnect Setmore reviews.
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Click the 'Setmore Reviews' tile.
Click 'Disconnect' and then 'Yes, disconnect' to confirm.
How to connect Setmore reviews.
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Click the 'Setmore Reviews' tile.
Click the 'Connect' button.
Automate review request emails.
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Switch on ‘Send review request emails’.
Select the 'Setmore reviews' button underneath to ensure Setmore reviews requests are sent.
Setmore will automatically send a review request email to your customers one hour after their appointment. Requests are sent only for appointments, not group sessions.
Disable review request emails.
Go to Settings > Reviews > Preferences.
Switch off ‘Send review request emails’.
Mobile App 📱
Connect Setmore reviews.
Setmore reviews are connected automatically.
Note: You can only manage your reviews in your desktop app.
Automate reviews requests.
How customers submit a review.
On your Booking Page, customers will select ‘Write a review’.
They submit a star rating, their name, email, and a written review.
Then click 'Submit'.
Once complete, they receive a 'Thank you' email, and you get a 'New review' email.
Note: If you have ‘Auto-publish reviews’ toggled off, approve new reviews to display them on your Booking Page.
