Personalize your Booking Page and showcase what makes your brand one in a million. Provide essential details like opening times, location and service descriptions. Control every aspect—it’s your hub for branding, images, reviews and business information.
Start with your brand details
Give every visitor an unforgettable first impression when they land on your Booking Page.
Add your banner and logo
Go to Your brand > Brand details.
Click ‘Upload banner image’ and select an image. For the best quality, your image should be 1200 × 400 pixels, 5MB or less, and in PNG, JPEG, JPG or AVF format.
If you prefer not to have a banner image, click the trash icon to ‘Delete’.
Click ‘Upload logo’ and select an image. Your image should be 200x200 pixels, up to 2MB and in PNG, JPEG, JPG or AVF format.
Complete your essential brand details
Enter your ‘Business name’.
Customize ‘Your Booking Page URL’.
Select your ‘Industry’.
Add a description of your business in the ‘About’ field.
Customize your visuals
Personalize the appearance of your Booking Page by selecting your brand color and button shape, adding photos and choosing between light or dark mode.
Go to Your brand > Visuals.
Choose a color from the options or enter a HEX code for a custom color.
Select a button shape: ‘Pill’, ‘Rounded’ or ‘Rectangle’.
Choose a theme: ‘Light’, ‘Dark’ or ‘System’.
Click ‘Upload photos’ to add images to your gallery. Each image can be up to 5 MB; maximum of 10 images per upload.
Include your contact details
Ensure every visitor and customer can reach you by including your phone number and email.
Go to Your brand > Contact details.
Enter your business number (including the country code) in the ‘Phone’ field.
Enter your business email.
Click ‘+ Add more’ to add additional phone numbers or emails.
Share your location
Provide your address so they can easily find your business when booking an appointment.
Go to Your brand > Location.
Enter the first line of your address, then select an address from the dropdown to auto-fill the remaining fields.
If needed, manually enter your City, State, Zip/Postal Code, and Country.
Finally, choose your currency.
Provide your business hours
Highlight when your business opens and closes on your Booking Page.
Go to Your brand > Business hours.
Toggle on the days you are open.
Add an opening and closing time.
Select your ‘Time zone’.
Add your links
Direct Booking Page visitors to your website, socials and more.
Go to Your brand > Your links.
Add your website link.
Include your Facebook and Instagram links.
If you wish to add another link click ‘+ Add more’.
Select the platform: ‘TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn or Custom Link’.
Add the link.
When you’ve completed all these steps, click ‘Save’ in the top right corner to finish or save your progress after each section.
Finalize your Booking Page
As you complete each step, you’ll see the percentage wheel at the top increase. Fill in every field to ensure your brand is 100% customized.
View your changes in the ‘Preview’ section on the right side of the screen, where you can toggle between desktop and mobile views.
You can click the link in the ‘Preview’ section, and it will direct you to see what your Booking Page will look like. The appearance and layout will only change in the preview when you click ‘Save’.
