Booking lead, slot size, advance or cancellation time

Adjust the timeframe in which customers can book or cancel appointments.

To customize these settings, log into your Setmore account and go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking policies.

  • Lead time: This is how much notice you require before an appointment. Use the dropdown menu to set an exact number of minutes, hours or days.

  • Booking slot size: This is the length of time between appointment slots. For example, if you set a 30-minute slot size, your Booking Page will show slots at 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM and so on. This will be from the start to the end of your business hours.

  • Scheduling window: This is how far in advance your customers can schedule an appointment. Set a number of days or months.

  • Cancellation policy: Use the dropdown menu to specify how much notice you require for a customer to reschedule or cancel.
