Service Categories

Organize and consolidate services into groups

If your business offers a lot of services, you can use service categories to help organize and prioritize your offerings. This will also help de-clutter your Booking Page, making it easier for customers to navigate and choose the services they need.


Add a new service category (web app)

  1. Start by going to Services.

  2. Next, click +New service category under Services

  3. In the pop up, add a title for your category. You can also select the services you would like in this category.

  4. Click Save and you’ve created a new category.


Adding an existing service to a service category (web app)

  1. Go to Services.

2. Choose the service you’d like to add to an existing category by clicking the three dots next to the right of the service and click Edit.

3. Select Category.

4. Click the drop-down that says Select Category. In this section, you can search for existing categories.

5. Click Create and your service will appear in the chosen category.


Add a new service category (mobile app)

  1. Navigate to Services. To create a category, select the drop down on Services (v)

  2. Click New service category.

  3. In the category pop-up, add a title and select the services you want to include.

  4. Click Save and you’ve created a new category.


Display service categories in accordion view (web app)

After setting your categories, you can choose how they appear on your Booking Page. The default view displays each category title with its services listed below.

With Accordion view, categories are collapsible, customers click to expand them, giving your Booking Page a cleaner, more minimal look.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Booking preferences.

2. Select Booking flow and scroll to Accordion view, then toggle it on.

Open your Booking Page in a new tab. Your service categories will now appear as collapsible drop-downs.

4. Click the > arrow next to a category title to expand or switch between categories.


Display service categories in Accordion view (mobile app)

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Select Booking preferences

3. Scroll to Booking Flow, you have the option to toggle on/off Accordion view.
