This integration connects your Setmore account to your Keap account. Once enabled, any new customer contacts created in Setmore will be automatically exported to your Keap account. Whether you add a new customer manually through your Setmore dashboard, or whether customers add themselves through your Booking Page, their contact information will automatically carry over.
Please note that this integration is one-way only; Setmore contacts will export to Keap, but Keap contacts will not import into Setmore.
Connecting Setmore to Keap
1. Navigate to Integrations, then scroll down and click on the Keap integration card.
2. In the Infusionsoft details window, click the Activate button.
3. As you set up the trigger, click Contacts.
4. In the next step, you'll be asked to log into your Keap account. Click on Connect and it will take you to the login portal. It will take you to an authorization page once you've logged in, select Allow.
5. Following this step, you'll be asked what action you would like the integration to perform. You have two options to choose from, select your desired option.
6. In the setup section, you can choose what customer information you would like to share from your Setmore account to your Keap account.
7. In the final step, you can test the integration or skip the test.
8. Your integration is set up.
