How to add the Setmore Widget (iOS & Android)

Add the Setmore calendar widget to your mobile device to view upcoming appointments on your phone home screen.

Stay on top of your day without needing to open your app. The Setmore widget gives you a quick view of your upcoming appointments, so you can check your schedule at a glance and jump straight into booking or managing your calendar.

Note: Widgets update automatically.

iOS:

Add the Setmore Widget to Your Home Screen

  1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps start to jiggle

  2. Tap Edit in the top left-hand corner

  3. Tap Add Widget

  4. Type ‘Setmore’ in the search bar

  5. Choose a widget size and tap Add Widget

  6. Tap Done to save

Add the Setmore Widget to Your Lock Screen (iOS 16 or later)

  1. Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customise button appears, then tap Customise

  2. Select Lock Screen

  3. Tap Add Widgets

  4. Tap or drag the Setmore widget into place

  5. When you’re finished, tap the Close button, then Done

Android:

  1. On the Home screen, touch and hold a space

  2. Tap Widgets

  3. Browse the list of apps and find ‘Setmore’

  4. Touch and hold the Setmore widget, then drag it to where you want it on your Home screen

  5. Lift your finger to place it

Customize Your Setmore Widget (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Setmore app and go to Settings > General

  2. Select 'Widget Settings'

  3. Under Widget Settings, choose what you’d like to display on your widget.

    1. Toggle options on or off to show:

      • Appointments

      • Class sessions

      • Events

      • Time off

4. Your widget will update automatically to reflect your selections.

Note: If you’ve synced your Google or Office 365 calendar, you will see the option to toggle these on to display your booked appointments in the phone widget.
