By default, Setmore makes your Booking Page discoverable on Google. This helps boost your business visibility, making it easier for new customers to find and book with you.
If you’d prefer to keep your Booking Page private, you can remove it from Google search results.
💡 What is Google Indexing?
Google indexing is the process where Google discovers and stores web pages so they can appear in search results. When a Booking Page is indexed, it's searchable.
Hide your Booking Page
Go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Page visibility
Under Search results, turn ‘Appear in online search’ off
When turned off, your Booking Page won’t appear in online searches (like Google). You can turn it back on anytime to make it discoverable again.
Please note: When you turn off visibility, your Booking Page gets a no-index meta tag. Google will need to recrawl the link before it is no longer visible in search results. This can take between a few days or weeks, depending on how often Google checks your page (related to page traffic).
If you need faster removal, please reach out to help@setmore.com or use live chat in your app. Our team can request manual deindexing from Google Search Console, which helps speed things along.
FAQs
Will my existing Booking Page link stop working if I unindex it?

Can I switch visibility back on later?
Yes. Simply return to Settings > Booking Page Visibility and toggle it back on.
