Connect Setmore to Google Contacts

Automatically add every new Setmore customer to your Google Contacts, so your address book stays up-to-date without manual entry.

If you’re booking customers through Setmore, you probably want their details saved in Google Contacts too — for emails, calls, and quick lookups across your devices.

With this zap, every new customer added in Setmore is automatically created as a contact in Google Contacts, including their name, email address, phone number, and any notes you’ve added.

Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore customers to Google Contacts automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.


Add Setmore customers to Google Contacts

  1. For trigger, select ‘New customer’ in Setmore

  2. For action, select ‘Create contact’ in Google Contacts

  3. Click ‘Connect these apps’

  4. You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.

  5. Connect your Setmore account.

  6. Connect your Google account and choose which contact group new entries should be added to (e.g. ‘Customers’).

  7. Decide which info from Setmore should map to which Google Contacts fields — like email, phone, first name, and last name.

  8. Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new customer now lands in Google Contacts automatically.
