Reserve with Google adds a ‘Book Now’ button to your Google Business Profile and Google Maps listing, letting customers book directly from search results.
If you'd rather turn this off — whether you're switching booking channels, or just don't want the button featured on your listing — you can disconnect the integration at any time.
Disconnecting Reserve with Google (web)
If you have access to your Setmore account, simply follow these steps:
Click Disconnect.
Disconnecting Reserve with Google (iOS)
Currently, you can only connect Reserve with Google on your web, desktop or iOS device.
Click Disconnect, then confirm that you want to disconnect the account.
What happens after you disconnect
The ‘Book Now’ button takes up to 48 hours to be removed from Google Search, Google Maps, and your Business Profile.
Any existing appointments already booked through Reserve with Google stay on your Setmore calendar as normal.
Customers can still book with you through your Booking Page, widget, or any other connected channels.
Your Google Business Profile itself stays active, only the booking button is affected.
Reconnecting later
Changed your mind? You can reconnect Reserve with Google anytime from the same Integrations > Reserve with Google.
Please note: Reconnecting may take a few hours to reflect on Google Search and Maps, since Google needs to re-sync your listing.
