Connect Setmore to Agile CRM

Automatically sync every new Setmore customer to Agile CRM, so your sales and marketing workflows never miss a lead.

If you’re using Setmore to book customers and Agile CRM to manage your sales pipeline, manually entering contacts across both is a workflow killer.

With this zap, every new customer added in Setmore is automatically created as a contact in Agile CRM, including their name, email, phone number, and any other details you choose to pass through.

Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore customers to Agile CRM automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.


Add Setmore customers to Agile CRM

  1. For trigger, select ‘New customer’ in Setmore

  2. For action, select ‘Create contact’ in Agile CRM

  3. Click ‘Connect these apps’

  4. You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.

  5. Connect your Setmore account.

  6. Connect your Agile CRM account.

  7. Decide which info from Setmore should map to which Agile CRM contact fields — like email, phone, first name, and last name. You can also assign tags or add new contacts to a specific campaign.

  8. Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new customer now lands in Agile CRM automatically.

Your CRM stays in sync with your booking page, so leads get the right follow-up at the right time — no manual data entry required.
