How to connect Setmore to Jotform
Open the Zap template and sign in to Zapier.
Choose the trigger event (e.g., New Jotform Submission).
Select your Jotform form.
Choose the action event (e.g., ‘Create Appointment’ or ‘Create Contact in Setmore’).
Connect your Jotform and Setmore accounts.
Map form fields to Setmore booking or contact details.
Click ‘Test’ to verify the Zap.
Turn the Zap on.
Your forms become a true front door for your booking page — leads, intake info, and appointments all flow in without you touching a thing.
