If you’re using Setmore for bookings and Klaviyo for marketing, manually moving customers between the two slows down your campaigns.
With this zap, every new customer added in Setmore is automatically created as a profile in Klaviyo, including their name, email, phone number, and other contact details — ready to receive your welcome flows, promos, and follow-ups.

Add Setmore customers to Klaviyo
For trigger, select ‘New customer’ in Setmore
For action, select ‘Subscribe profile’ or ‘Create or update profile’ in Klaviyo
Click ‘Connect these apps’
You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.
Connect your Setmore account.
Connect your Klaviyo account and pick the list you want new contacts added to.
Decide which info from Setmore should map to which Klaviyo profile fields — like email, first name, last name, and phone.
Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new customer now lands in Klaviyo automatically.
