Connect Setmore to Twilio

Automatically send an SMS confirmation to every customer the moment they book — straight to their phone, in real-time.

If you’re managing appointments in Setmore and using Twilio for SMS, customers expect instant text confirmations the second they book.

With this zap, every new appointment in Setmore automatically triggers a personalized SMS via Twilio, including all the important details such as the appointment date and time, the service booked, and any custom message you choose.

Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to send SMS confirmations for every Setmore appointment automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.


Send Twilio SMS messages for new appointments

  1. For trigger, select ‘New appointment’ in Setmore

  2. For action, select ‘Send SMS’ in Twilio

  3. Click ‘Connect these apps’

  4. You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.

  5. Connect your Setmore account.

  6. Connect your Twilio account and pick the phone number you want to send messages from.

  7. Write your SMS template and pull in details from Setmore — like the customer’s name, the service, and the appointment time.

  8. Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new booking now triggers an instant SMS confirmation.

Customers get their appointment details right in their pocket — which means fewer no-shows and less back-and-forth for you.
