With this zap, every new appointment in Setmore is automatically created as an Asana task, including all the important details such as the appointment date and time, customer contact information, the service booked, and more.

Generate Asana tasks for new appointments
For trigger, select ‘New appointment’ in Setmore
For action, select ‘Create task’ in Asana
Click ‘Connect these apps’
You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.
Connect your Setmore account.
Connect your Asana account and pick where tasks should go (workspace, project, section).
Decide which info from Setmore should appear in Asana tasks — like customer name, service, or date.
Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new booking now becomes an Asana task automatically.
