Connect Setmore to Asana

Automatically turn every new appointment into an Asana task, complete with the date, time, customer details, booked service, and more.

If you manage appointments in Setmore and tasks in Asana, keeping everything in sync can be time-consuming.

With this zap, every new appointment in Setmore is automatically created as an Asana task, including all the important details such as the appointment date and time, customer contact information, the service booked, and more.

Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore appointments with Asana automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.

Generate Asana tasks for new appointments

  1. For trigger, select ‘New appointment’ in Setmore

  2. For action, select ‘Create task’ in Asana

  3. Click ‘Connect these apps’

  4. You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.

  5. Connect your Setmore account.

  6. Connect your Asana account and pick where tasks should go (workspace, project, section).

  7. Decide which info from Setmore should appear in Asana tasks — like customer name, service, or date.

  8. Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new booking now becomes an Asana task automatically.

Everything happens in real-time, so all you need to do is assign team members, add collaborators, and set priorities.
