If you manage appointments in Setmore and use Trello to organize your day, copying bookings into cards manually is a time sink.
With this zap, every new appointment is automatically created as a Trello card, including all the important details such as the appointment date and time, customer contact information, the service booked, and more.
Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore appointments with Trello automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.
Generate Trello cards for new appointments
For trigger, select ‘New appointment’ in Setmore
For action, select ‘Create card’ in Trello
Click ‘Connect these apps’
You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.
Connect your Setmore account.
Connect your Trello account and pick where cards should go (board and list).
Decide which info from Setmore should appear on Trello cards — like customer name, service, or date — and choose which fields populate the card title vs. description.
Test it and turn it on. Done! Every new booking now becomes a Trello card automatically.
Everything happens in real-time, so your board stays current and you can drag, label, and assign cards without re-typing a thing.
