Understand how email verification works in Setmore, including verification steps, grace periods, and recovery options.

To help keep Setmore secure and protect your account, our customers are required to verify their email address after signing up.

Account verification applies to new customers who sign up after 23 February 2026 using an email address. If you sign up using Apple, Google or Facebook, your account is verified automatically, and no further action is needed.


How to verify your email address

  1. Sign up for Setmore using your email address.

  2. We’ll send a verification email to the address you used.

  3. Open the email and enter the verification code when prompted.

Once verified, you’ll have full access to your account.


Didn’t receive the verification email?

If you don’t see the verification email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure the email address you entered is correct
