How to change your login email

Want to use a different email to sign in to your Setmore account? No problem—just add your new email to your profile on the web app and update your login settings in a few quick steps.

Note: Only team members with Owner or Admin access can update login emails for others. They can change the login email for team members with Standard, Enhanced, or No Access roles by simply navigating to their team profiles and following the same steps below.

  • To update an Admin’s login email, the Owner must make the change.

  • To update the Owner’s login email, please contact our support team directly.

Step 1: Add your new email address

  1. Go to Settings > Your profile .

  2. Click the pencil icon, then select ‘+ Add’.

  3. Select ‘Email’ and enter your new email address.

  4. Click ‘Save’.


Step 2: Set the new email as your login

  1. While still in Your profile, click the pencil icon and go to Login & security.

  2. In the Email dropdown, select your newly added address.

  3. Next to Password, click ‘Send reset link’.

A password reset link will be sent to your new email address. Follow the link to set a new password and confirm the change.

✅ After this update, you’ll use your new email and password to log in to Setmore.

Note: Your new email address must not be associated with another Setmore account. For security reasons, Setmore does not allow two accounts to share the same login email.
