With notification sounds, your device will alert you with a sound when you have an appointment coming up. These alerts help you stay on top of your schedule, even when you’re not actively using the app.
Turning your notification sounds on/off
Desktop/Web
Go to Settings in your app and select Notifications
Click Your notifications
Under Sound, find ‘Appointment reminders’ and check the box
To turn them off, simply uncheck the box
Click Save in the top-right corner

Use the dropdown menu beside the checkbox to choose from a set of default sounds:
Chime (Setmore’s default sound)
Whistle
Pluck
Cricket
Bird
Frog
You can adjust the overall volume on your device or mute notifications if you prefer a quieter experience.

Why am I not hearing any notifications?
If you’re not hearing notifications:
Ensure your device’s volume is up and not muted.
Check that Do Not Disturb or focus modes are not blocking notifications.
Verify that notifications are enabled in both the app’s settings and your device settings.
For desktop users, make sure your browser has permission to play sounds.
