Get instant visibility into every team booking with CC email notifications

Stay in the loop with everything that’s being scheduled in your business. With CC email feature, admins can automatically receive a copy of all appointment confirmation emails sent to team members.

This feature gives you visibility across the board, no need to check each team member’s calendar individually.

What does CC Email do?

When CC Email is enabled:

  • The admin’s chosen email address is copied (CC’d) on all appointment confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation notifications sent to team members. This includes appointments booked by customers and those created manually.

  • You get a real-time overview of bookings made across your entire team.


How to enable CC Email (web)

Only account admins can turn this feature on.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Settings > Notifications > CC Email.

  3. Enter the email address you’d like to receive CCs.

  4. Click Save.

That’s it! Going forward, this email address will be copied on all team appointment confirmations.


How to enable CC Email (mobile)

  1. Log in to your app

  2. Go to Settings > Notifications

  3. Scroll down to CC email notifications, click + Add an email.

  4. Enter the email address you’d like to receive CCs. Click 'Add'

FAQs

Will customers see the CC’d email address?

No, customers will not see that someone else has been CC’d.

What emails will I receive?

You’ll receive confirmation emails for all appointments booked with any team member on your account. This includes customer confirmations, reschedule or cancellation emails.
