By default, Setmore prevents you from changing the cost or duration for a service in the admin calendar. If you open an appointment and click the "Edit Appointment" button, you'll notice that these form fields have a lock icon in them, indicating that they cannot be changed. However, if you want to be able to modify the cost or length of an appointment ad hoc, you may do so by enabling Customer Service Cost or Custom Service Duration.
Enabling custom service cost or duration
1. In your Setmore calendar, click the gear icon in the top right corner. Then in the following dropdown menu, click "Enable custom service duration" and/or "Enable custom service cost." The feature is now enabled.
2. Navigate to an appointment and click the "Edit Details" button. You'll now see that the Cost and Duration form fields are without the lock icon, meaning they can be changed. Click on the form field and enter your custom cost/duration, and click "Save Appointment" when everything looks good.
