Your Booking Page is often the first interaction customers have with your business. By customizing what they see and the language used throughout your booking flow, you can create a smoother, more on-brand experience that feels intuitive and professional.
Sections
By default, your Booking Page includes sections such as About Us and Services, which appear in the left-side navigation menu. You can choose which sections to display, allowing you to keep your Booking Page clutter-free.
How to add and remove sections on your Booking Page (web)
1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Booking preferences > Sections.
2. Use the switches next to each section name to show or hide it from view.
How to add and remove sections on your Booking Page (mobile)
By default, your Booking Page comes with sections like ‘About us’ and ‘Services’. These sections appear in the left-side navigation menu. If you’d like to remove any of these sections, follow these instructions.
Navigate to Settings
Select Booking Page > Booking Preferences > Sections. Tick the sections you would like to appear on your Booking Page. Click 'Save'.
Labels
As customers move through the booking process, they’ll be guided through steps such as selecting a service, choosing a provider, and picking a time.
As some of these steps are required, you can rename the labels to better match your business tone of voice. For example, you might rename Provider to Consultant, Stylist, or Instructor.
How to customize labels on your Booking Page (web)
1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page > Customization > Labels. Click any of the form fields to enter an alternate label.
2. Click outside the form field to save your changes. Click 'Save'.
We recommend you open your Booking Page in a new tab to ensure changes are reflected.
