Not every service needs to be visible to everyone on your Booking Page. If you want to offer something exclusive, like a discounted rate for loyal customers or a VIP package, you can hide it from your public Booking Page and share it with specific customers so they can still book it. Customers without the link won't see the service at all.
💡 Hiding a service is also useful if it's seasonal and currently unavailable, or if you've stopped offering it but still need it around for existing bookings, reporting, or rebooking a past customer.
How to hide a service from your Booking Page (web)
Log in to your Setmore account and go to Services.
Find the service you want to hide, and select the three dots (...) on its tile.
Flip the Show on Booking Page switch off, then save your changes.
You’ll see a Hidden tag on any service that’s hidden from your Services. Hidden services won’t appear on your public Booking Page, but you and your team can still book them directly through the calendar.
How to share the hidden service with a direct link
Go to Services and find the hidden service.
Select the three dots (...) on its tile.
Choose Copy booking link, or select Share to send it directly.
Send the link to your customer by email, text, or however you'd usually reach them.
Anyone with the link can book that service straight away, no need to browse your full service menu.
