How to request a refund
To request a refund, email help@setmore.com with the subject line "trial period refund" and provide the email address or business name associated with the account.

How the grace period works
In order to be eligible for the refund, you must downgrade and send in your request for a refund within the first 30 days after signing up for Pro. Requests sent after 30 days may not be refunded.
Processing time
In general, a refund will be processed in 3-5 business days once the request is received.

FAQ: Why was my refund amount different from the subscription amount?
Setmore does not charge fees for processing refunds. However, for some international users, your bank may charge you a small foreign transaction fee when processing the refund. This only happens in rare cases and is dependent on your bank's transaction policies.
