Set custom days and times for individual services without changing your overall business hours.

Custom service availability allows you to set when specific services can be booked - without changing your business hours. It’s a helpful feature if certain services are only offered on specific days, at certain times or seasonally.

  • Offering a service on specific days
    Make a service bookable only on selected week days.

  • Limiting services to certain hours
    Restrict a service to mornings or evenings, even if your business is open all day.

  • Seasonal or temporary services
    Update availability as needed without creating a new service.

Set custom availability for a service (web/desktop)

  1. Go to Settings > Services

  2. Choose the service you want to customise or create a service

  3. Scroll down to Custom availability and turn the toggle on.

  4. Choose the days this service should be available

  5. Set the start and end times for each selected day

  6. Save your changes.

Once saved, customers will only see this service on the days and times you’ve set.

Please note:

Custom service availability is available to admins and team members with permission to manage services. It works within your existing business hours and won’t override days when your business is closed. Learn more about business hours here.


Set custom availability for a service (mobile)

  1. Go to Services in your mobile app

  2. Choose the service you want to customise or create a service

  3. Scroll down to Custom availability and turn the toggle on.

  4. Choose the days this service should be available

  5. Set the start and end times for each selected day

  6. Save your changes.

Does this affect my other services?

No. Custom service availability applies only to the selected service.

Can I change this later?

Yes. You can update or remove custom service availability for a service at any time.

Does this work on mobile bookings?

Yes. Custom service availability applies across web and mobile bookings.

Who can set Custom service availability?

Only admins and team members with permission to manage services can set this up.

Do I need a certain plan to use this feature?

Yes. Custom Service Availability is a Pro feature, so you’ll need to upgrade to unlock it.

Can I apply Custom service availability to multiple services at once?

No. Each service must be customized individually.
