Connect Setmore with Google AI Studio (Gemini) using Zapier to automatically turn your booking data into AI-generated insights, messages, and actions.
When a new appointment is created in Setmore, this zap sends the booking details to Gemini. Gemini can then analyze the data and generate outputs like summaries, customer insights, or follow-up messages, helping you save time and reduce manual work.
Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore appointments with Google Sheets automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.
How to connect
Open this template, click ‘Connect Setmore Appointments + Google AI Studio (Gemini)’ and log into Zapier.
You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will guide you through most of the Zap setup.
In a separate tab, open your Google AI Studio account and make sure you have access to Gemini (and any API key or project credentials if required).
Head back to Zapier, log into Google AI Studio, and paste your API key where prompted.
Select the Gemini action you want:
Generate content (e.g. summaries, emails, reports)
Analyze or classify data (e.g. customer type, lead quality)
Create structured outputs (e.g. notes, tags, insights)
Specify the appointment details to send from Setmore to Gemini, such as:
Customer name and email
Appointment date and time
Service type
Booking notes or custom fields
Then define what you want Gemini to generate, for example:
Appointment summary for staff
Follow-up email or message
Customer classification (e.g. new or returning)
Business insights or reports
Click Send test to ensure data syncs correctly, then click Turn on Zap.
