Keeping your team informed about new bookings can take extra time and lead to missed updates.

This zap automatically sends messages to a Discord channel whenever a new appointment is booked in Setmore, including customer details, service info, and appointment time, so your team stays informed in real time without any manual updates.

Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore appointments with Google Sheets automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.


Connect Discord with Setmore

You can get this workflow running in just a few steps using a pre-built Zapier template:

  1. Open this template, click ‘Connect Setmore Appointments + Discord’ and log into Zapier.

  2. You’ll see a Co-pilot appear on the left that will start setting up your Zap. You can use this feature to handle most of the setup for you.

  3. In a separate tab, log into your Discord account and open the server where you'd like appointment notifications to appear.

  4. In Zapier, connect your Discord account and select the channel where new appointment notifications should be posted.

  5. Choose the action event for example ‘Send Channel Message’ or 'Send Direct Message'

  6. Specify the appointment details to send from Setmore to Discord. These can include:

    • Customer name

    • Appointment date and time

    • Service booked

    • Assigned staff member

  7. Select ‘Send test’ to ensure the message appears correctly in your Discord channel, then click ‘Turn on Zap’.

Please note: You can customize the message sent to Discord. For example, include service type, appointment notes, or staff assignment so your team has the exact details they need at a glance.
