Automatically sync your booking data between your Setmore account and Google Sheets. This helps you keep accurate records, create custom reports, track staff performance and revenue, share appointment information with your team, and save time by eliminating manual data entry.

Please note: This integration is powered by Zapier, but once configured, it works seamlessly to sync Setmore appointments with Google Sheets automatically. To create a Zapier account, click here.

Automatically send Setmore booking details to Google Sheets

  1. Sign in to Zapier and connect your Setmore account. The Zapier Copilot on the left side of your screen can guide you through the setup if you need help at any stage.

  2. Once your Setmore account is connected, Zapier will locate one of your previous appointments to test the connection. Don’t worry, this won’t affect the appointment in any way.

  3. Next, sign in to the Google account that your Google Sheets are associated with.

  4. Select the Drive, Spreadsheet, and Worksheet (tab) where you’d like the appointment information to be added.

  5. Make sure your spreadsheet has column headers in the first row that match the booking fields you want to capture.

  6. Map the booking fields to your spreadsheet columns. For example:

    1. Customer Name > Name column
      Appointment Date > Date column

  7. Test the Zap and then turn it on to activate the automation.
