One-time meeting

Offer specific time slots to your customers

Updated over a week ago

One-time meeting allows you to handpick specific time slots and send them via a one-use link. Your customers can choose what works best for them - no back and forth necessary.

Send one-time booking links to fill specific gaps, suggest new times, or offer time to VIP customers, without needing to share your full calendar.

Please note:

For web/desktop: This feature is available in the Week view of your calendar.

For mobile: This feature is available only in Day view of your calendar.

FAQs

Can I share multiple time slots at once?

Yes, you can select and share multiple time slots through a single share (up to 30 slots at once).

What happens if a slot gets booked?

Once a time slot is booked through your shared link, that specific slot is confirmed, and the link becomes invalid for any further bookings—preventing double bookings.

Will the other time slots I shared become unavailable if one is booked?

No, the other time slots will remain available to others once your customer has booked their specific time slot.

What if the guest tries to use the link after a slot is booked?

They will see a message that the link is no longer valid.

What happens if the time slots I shared have passed by the time my customer opens the link?

The Booking Page will only show upcoming available slots. If all the slots have passed, they will see a message highlighting that the times are no longer available.

Will my external calendar events be considered when I share a one-time meeting link?

Yes, if you have enabled 2-way calendar sync. You won’t be able to select time slots that overlap with existing calendar events.

Can I edit or cancel a shared availability link after I've sent it?

Currently, once a link is generated and sent, there is no direct way to edit or cancel it. If you need to offer different times, you will need to create and share a new link.

Will the booked events booked via the shared link sync with my external calendar?

Yes, any slot booked through a one-use link will sync with your connected external calendars, just like any other booking made through Setmore.
