Going paperless with an online calendar keeps your schedule organized and accessible. But sometimes, a printed copy comes in handy—whether it’s for a medical clinic, school, auto repair shop, or gym.
💡 A physical schedule can be useful when sharing details with clients or when internet access isn’t an option.
How to print your calendar (Desktop)
Printing is easy and it will come out exactly as it appears on your screen—whether you’re in Day, Week, Month, Team, or Agenda view. It’s optimized to remove any unnecessary elements, – such as navigation buttons – so you save on ink and have an easy-to-read schedule.
Go to your calendar
Select the view you want (Day, Week, Month, Team, or Agenda)
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top bar and select ‘Print Calendar’.
If this doesn’t appear, use your built-in print function:
Windows: Press Ctrl + P
Mac: Press Cmd + P
4. Choose your available printer in the pop-up.
5. (Optional) Adjust your print or page settings if needed (like page orientation–portrait or landscape).
