Mobile App

1. Click an empty spot in your calendar or + button on the bottom right of your calendar.

2. In the appointment details under the date and time, click 'Does not repeat' to edit.

3. A drop down menu will appear, enabling you to select how often the appointment will recur: daily, weekly, monthly, annually, every working day, or custom. When ready, click Save to complete the booking,

Schedule a recurring appointment

1. Click an empty spot in your calendar.

2. In the appointment details under the date and time, click 'Does not repeat' to edit.

2. A drop down menu will appear, enabling you to select how often the appointment will recur: daily, weekly, monthly, annually, every working day, or custom. When ready, click Create to complete the booking,

3. You will be asked when you would like the recurring appointments to end.

4. Once booked, all appointments in the series will appear on your calendar until the specified end date. Customers will be notified just once for the entire series – rather than once for each appointment in the series – if you have email confirmations activated. Reminders will go out for each appointment as scheduled.


Delete a recurring appointment.

1. Open your calendar and select the first appointment in the series that you want to delete.

2. Click the three dots in the pop-up and select '

3. You'll be prompted to delete only the selected appointment or all future appointments in the series. Choose carefully, this action cannot be undone.


Edit a recurring appointment.

  1. Open your calendar and select the recurring appointment you want to modify.

  2. Click on the pencil icon to edit the appointment.

  3. Update the details such as time, date, video link, or customer information.

  4. Click 'Save'.

  5. A pop-up will appear giving you the option to edit only this appointment or all future appointments.

  6. Choose your preference and click 'Yes, edit' to confirm the changes.
