AnswerConnect is an answering service that gives your business a fleet of call agents who manage your phone lines according to customizable scripts that you provide. The Setmore-AnswerConnect integration is a plugin for AnswerConnect that allows call agents to book appointments directly in your Setmore calendar. This makes it possible for agents to respond to customer calls, and book appointments on the spot, no callbacks required.

Connecting Setmore to your AnswerConnect account

1. Sign up for an AnswerConnect account here.

2. Send an email to help@setmore.com and request that your AnswerConnect account be connected to your Setmore account.

3. In AnswerConnect, click on the User Profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. Under “Other Solutions,” select “Online Appointments” to access your Setmore account.
