Different countries have unique rules, carrier costs and requirements that depend on factors like sender type, use case, or local laws.

At this time, SMS reminders cannot be sent to your clients in the following countries and territories:

SMS functionality is intended solely for appointment reminders for bookings made in Setmore.

Use of SMS for any other purpose, including but not limited to marketing or promotional content, messaging related to drugs, gambling, firearms, is strictly prohibited.

SMS are sent via Twilio and must adhere to their guidelines (which align with US carrier regulations). Note that we cannot guarantee deliverability, and all messages are subject to Twilio’s policies.

While we do not impose a fixed limit on SMS usage, we actively monitor overall usage patterns to ensure compliance with this policy and to maintain service quality across our platform.

If your SMS usage is deemed to be excessive, inconsistent with appointment reminder use, or indicative of misuse (including marketing or bulk messaging), we reserve the right to:
